3/20-24
This week was another encouraging experience for my ISM journey. All of the ISM students in Frisco ISD got to showcase their work this week at the Star. There was a very professional setup organized by high school. Wakeland definitely had some of the most impressive presentations. My favorite part was getting to see other ISM students’ topics and research so far. It was encouraging to see others working hard on their research and reminded me how amazing this program is. Also this week, I completed my invitations for the final presentation night and booked a room for my presentation. It’s crazy to think that in less than a month, I will have completed my final product and will be able to show my friends and family all my work this semester. I can’t wait for my invitations to get back from the print shop and invite all the people closest to me. Similar to previous weeks, I am continuing to trek through the land of programming, trying to understand the applications and jargon. Thankfully, I am not alone in this process, my dad has been a huge help in finding all the bugs in the code and directing me. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel when I can speed up this process and focus on the content of my website, rather than the setup. I also bought the domain name for my website which makes me so proud of how official my product will be. On the other hand, the website domain is Amazon BTS (for Behind the Scenes) -- so hopefully people will think of its real meaning rather than the K-Pop band.
